We understand that the ordinary square balance board can only rock from side to side and has less difficulty, so it lacks challenges and fun for young people and professional balance trainers.

The round balance board is more difficult to train on, but its standing area is smaller, you cannot stretch your legs during training, and its comfort level is low.

In order to help people improve the difficulty of balance training, stretch their legs, and avoid slip and fall injuries, we designed this new balance board. It has all the functions of a round balance board and a square balance board. Thus, you no longer have to choose between a round or square balance board.

The cross-shaped base allows the balance board to rock forward, backward and on both sides. More features, a higher level of difficulty, and a wider range of use make it suitable for difficult balance training.

The wooden base made of hardwood is more load-bearing than the plastic base, is not easy to break, and can be used for 5-10 years.

Although I do other balancing exercises without an apparatus, this balance board/rocker is easy to use and is portable. While I never travel, I can see myself using it in a hotel room, for example. Also, everyone has a dominant side. The rocker board not only develops core strength but also you can use both feet, in addition to the other ideas provided in the package. You can go ankle to heel and side to side, but it is safer than the round wobble board, where you can go flying off at a moment's notice. With that in mind, just make sure you can grab on to something, like a desk or dresser, just to be safe, and also have your phone nearby, just in case of emergency, like I do for all of my balancing exercises or pretty much anywhere. Besides, I use the timer on my phone anyway to time myself. Good bang for your buck here, especially when it has to do with your health.
