Der Dirigent und Komponist Thomas Wilbarndt hat 1984 Vivaldis 4 Jahreszeiten leicht überarbeitet, bzw. mit elektronischen Samples, wie z.B. Fusstrappeln im Laub, Marktplatzimpressionen, laufende Kinder, Lachen, etc. erweitert. Oder anders ausgedrückt eine neue Perspektive auf Vivaldis vier Jahreszeiten für akustische Instrumente und Computermusiksysteme geschrieben. Hierbei wird ein großes klassisches Orchester mit Streichern, Blechbläsern etc. mit Toncollagen ergänzt und sehr Wirkungsvoll erweitert.
Sehr gelungen, wie ich finde. Ich hatte 1984 die Schallplatte, die ich irgendwann zerkrazt endsorgt habe. Nun habe ich es in Digitaler Form, ganz ohne Kratzer und geknister. Klare Empfehlung für jeden, der SKY, Tangerin Dream, Klaus Schulze und Co. mag, wird diese CD auch geniessen.
