    Update 2/15/2022: looks like the Doogee is being replaced. Fought ATT as long as I could, but they have been after me to get ready for this to stop working on their system when they switch over this weekend. Doogee never made the whitelist of phones allowed. Getting stuck with a Galaxy Xcover pro that is nowhere near as good as this phone. This works on VoLTE 2ith no issues even during calls, but the new nerwork handshake will block all non whitelisted phones by the end of the month. Sad to have to replace thhis. Ow works great and is one of the better looking phones I've used. I hope Doogee can work this out with ATT.
    I replaced a Black view 9500 I eventually broke the camera on with this. Pulled the ATT SIM out and put in and the phone works flawlessly. Been using it for 3 weeks with no issues and have been traveling with no reception issues. I really like it. Getting spoiled with the unlocked phones with no bloatware on them. Cameras are great. Only things I've noted is a blueish tint when using the macro function. And pairing devices isn't as smooth as it should be, but I've gotten everything to pair.

    Used this product for both business and personal. I am VERY, VERY hard on phones. I did not get a protective bumper case for it and it sustained considerable exterior damage but kept on working like day one. After about nine months however, it started having charging difficulty - harder and harder to make the connection to charge until, finally (eleven months after purchase), it just would not charge.
    I contacted DOOGEE Flagship here in the States and they told me they couldn't service it (because of COVID restrictions) but offered to REPLACE IT!!! at no charge provided I sent it to them at my cost. Long story short, I sent phone back to them and had my replacement in FIVE DAYS!!! Can't say enough GOOD about DOOGEE - if you want a company with great products and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, they are them - DOOGEE!!

Months later I accidentally dropped my phone and it landed on the corner, instantly braking my screen screen. I did place the cover and that held it together but was no longer able to use phone for selfies, although I could still throw a pic, but again pics were not at all great. Would never purchase again and certainly wouldn't recommend this phone.

    So, I bought one of these for myself, and had no issues. Alot of people were complaining about the speaker being low, and the microphone doesn't work properly. I had neither of these issues. I then bought this phone for my wife, and the phone had the microphone issue. I did a product replacement, and the phone came two days later. Not a big deal. However it was delivered to the wrong address. So, if you get a replacement, double check the address. The second phone had no issues. Only giving 4 stars due to the fact that this phone seems to have systemic issues with their speaker and microphone even though i've only had an issue with the microphone. Everything else is good, industry standard android things.

    I bought this phone because I was looking for a phone that would fall in the middle. I looked up this phone and though it would be a nice upgrade. This phone has issues with blue screen and there is no option to reduce blue light without a third party. The case is itself is impressive you do not need a case, but there are almost no options in buying a decent screen protector or getting another case for the phone. Lastly, the charging battery issue: the charge port does not let other type-c cables charge the phone properly due to the protective casing of the phone, had to look for male extenders for my cables. Sometimes the phone does not show that it fast charges with the OEM charging kit it came with, its a 3.0 charge kit and it sometimes does not show its fast charging. I was very disappointed in this phone.

    heavy duty but not totally. Regret not getting the extended warranty because I figured "heavy duty" why should I.
    Have had the phone for little over 4 months and it will not charge. Took it to get check the tech said the charger port is broken . Now I have to pay $97 to get a new charge port put on. Love the phone but hate that had to get repairs done so quickly. Expected to have at least 1 year warranty that usually comes with phones but they don't provide warranty. Only 90 days, which I think is wrong. Would I recommend this phone. Yes, but only if you get the extended warranty. Still alot better and cheaper than the $1000 cell phones out there.
