i bought and owned a pair of SHOKZ OpenComm they were amazingly comfortable and awsome with great noise canceling mic i couldnt have been more happy with them till i wasn't the mic quite! They were still under warranty, company notified me 3 times that i would receive a replacement but 6months to a year and i still did not get a replacement!! Picked up a cheap used bone induction for a while then needed another pair still no replacement from shokz! I was hesitant to order any thing from shokz again. Did research and chose another brand. Mojowa, great qulity, amazing bluetooth range, decent sound, ok mic but terible fit for me they hurt! no mater what i did i could not get them comfrtable, regretted ordering them!
kept thinking of the comfort of my old shokz what else did they offer? Still decided to stay away from the open com but relented and order these SHOKZ OpenRun Pro!

full disclosure; i use my shokz most for cell phone use driving and construction work, music listening is secondary, for you earbud sound critics they probably will not match sony or bose but the sound is vastly improved from my first open com and the best in all the bone inductions i have had!
(FYI little note/trick with bone induction, if they are not loud eough for you, if you are in a loud enviroment use earplugs or sound proof ear muffs and they will be loud!! Sounds i know, crazy but true!
I do not like earbud or things in my ears i also like being aware of my surroundings so bone induction is the only way to go for me!
With a great battery life and fast chargeing, unrivaled all day comfort, sound greatly improve and a good mic thease SHOKZ OpenRun Pro! for me, are by far the best overall most comfortable bone induction headset available! i want to stay a shokz user forever i hope the quality of these excedes my last pair of shokz or at least the costomer service is more reliable!! because for now, these SHOKZ OpenRun Pro are great! Stay tuned!!

ALMOST worth the increase in price.
They really tried to make these better. It has better bass, a better quality and more accurate directional mic and the mini is a perfect fit for my big head so nothing sticks off the back. I fall asleep in bed with these all the time tbh. The battery lasts the full advertised 10 hours of run time and the 10 days of standby is more than plenty to last throughout the day as I pause it regularly to talk to people at work. It also charges faster than the Shokz and Aftershokz I've owned previously, 1.5 hours compared to 2 or 2.5Cons. They still haven't figured out increasing the volume...it's so obnoxious to not be able to hear an audiobook over the ambient noise of my car or on a construction site. Also the audio balance is only focused on music, thus the improvement on bass but nothing else, so if you want audiobooks or podcasts, you're screwed. They have the Opencomm version for voice calling, but it runs on older versions of both hardware and software so the quality of the openrun pro is the best there is...and still quite lacking. They also moved the charging port to the most ridiculous place possible. They need to make it so that you can charge your headphones while they are sitting in the nice hard case that comes with it, and so that you can charge it while it's laying flat.. the angle that they have put it at makes this impossible. It was slightly better before, but my headphones still twist with either charging port location because of the quality of the cable sheath and it comes unplugged easily. Also, sometimes when you plug it in it just won't charge. This is likely the fault of quality control for the proprietary charging cable when the magnet and charging leads don't line up quite right with the headphones. And the best part? The indicator light still turns on!! So it's 50/50 as to whether my headphones will be charged when I unplug them for use. I often find myself unplugging my headphones in the middle of charging to turn them on and to make sure they've been chargeing, but then sometimes when I plug it back in it doesn't charge it that point so there is no proper work around for this issue.Tl;dr They are better now than when they were Aftershokz, but there's still a long way to go.
