And you're also never too late to discover Webb Wilder. This album is a bar rock/hard rock/rockabilly-ish masterpiece. The best way to enjoy this fine example of high octane American rock and roll is turn it up LOUD. When I first stumbled on this gem in the record store, I bought it for the cover, because I'd never heard of Webb, and then played it for almost a year straight, to all of my friends and anyone else within ear shot. I also taught myself how to play every single song on the record. This is a fantastic recording and why it didn't make Webb Wilder more popular is a mystery. This is easily one of the best CDs I own or have heard from the 90s. I don't know how a record this seismic and fun to listen to managed to slip by most people, but it's a shame. Webb Wilder is an national treasure, a fun showman, and also a decent fellow. one night after a show in Portland, the entire band sat down with my friends and me and they all talked to us for over an hour, even though they were clearly a little wiped out from being on the road for so long. If you like your guitars jangly, your lyrics snappy, and your rock and roll loud, this is just what The Last Of The Full Grown Men has accomplished here. GO GET IT RIGHT NOW.

This is a grat cd. Webb Wilder is different but terrific. My favorite song is "Big Time". I bought the cd for that song. My next favorite is "The Rest (Will Take Care of Itself". As he sings about the sun coming up and the "sky full of starlings" I can just see them in my mind. Any Webb Wilder cd is a great one.

Bought this as a gift for someone, who in turn threw it in the trash after it didn't work in 3 CD players, so I couldn't send it back for an exchange or refund.
Webb Wilder is awesome, and if you have the means to listen via digital download, I highly recommend you do so. The gift recipient preferred tangible media, so I searched for the CD of one of my favorite albums. After-the-fact, we tried other CDs in the same CD players, and they all played fine. My guess was that something went wrong in the transfer onto the CD, and that maybe the CD wasn't an original. The seller offered to help if I could send the CD back, but that's not possible. Ended up being money wasted. In hindsight, I could have burned my own CD of my own digital media, but I was trying to do the right thing. I can see why vinyl records are coming back, now.
