Says not to be mounted on studs, but after some re-engineering works perfect and I am 260 lbs Only exception is in “dip” position. There is no way that bar supports the weight capacity. Still giving high stars because I did not really buy for that position. Works great as a pull up bar and if you have the attachment, leg raised work great too!Directions are not clear but you can figure out. Out whole thing together then had to go back to add washers.

Good for the price. I just got it in today and got it up on the wall. I'm 6'4 and 245lbs, seems sturdy enough for me. The kit only comes with concrete anchors, you'll need to hit the hardware store if you're going to attach it to drywall. 3/8" lag screws, regular and lock washers, and a 2'×4' piece of 1/2"+ plywood does the trick. Make sure you hit the studs through the plywood with the lag screws or you're going to get hurt. This unit could be better but it does the job and is very affordable. I'll update if it breaks with use but I'm happy on day one

I used 3” lag screws. I went through the plywood into the studs with the hooks. I would not use any type of drywall screw. I’m 220lbs and this thing is sturdy as hell. Just incase I’m not the only stoned idiot, the hooks for the dip go on the pull up bar, not the other flat bar behind the back rest.
